Second phase of the “Our courtyard is our green home” project is finished!
Through June 19 and 20, the second phase of the “Our courtyard is our green home” project was finished! On June 19 we prepared the plot for planting and on the next day we planted our grasses. It was decided that for the second phase of the project we would plant a variety of ornamental grasses: Miscanthus, Pennisetum, Festuca. 51 Miscanthus, 164 Pennisetum and 130 fescue seedlings were planted on 159 m2. The funds for the plants were collected by the efforts of the residents.
We planted 345 seedlings of ornamental grasses that have already changed the landscape of the courtyard, and in a few years, when large miscanthus, abundant pennisetums and stylish half-balls of fescue will grow, the territory will be unrecognizable.
And while lilacs, Amelanchiers, viburnum and ornamental grasses grow, we continue to move forward with the landscaping plan and turn the courtyard into a green home.
